Ninja/Karate Camp:

The Ninja Camp activities will focus on kids having fun while learning the marital arts and acting like Ninjas. A simple basic comprehensive of exercise, coordination, focus, and task accomplishments will be the structure of these classes. Students can expect a very physical exercise routine while learning basic blocking, kicking, punching and self defense. Students will play games that will challenge there focus balance and determination. Games will involve team work activities that will open ideas of trust, cooperation, and relationships. Students will perform solo/team tasks that will enhance critical thinking and problem solving.
